I like this sheet to bake cookies. It does a great job of not over cooking/browning the bottom and allowing an even cook.I do hand wash it to keep it from turning gray and losing its shiny stick free finish. The previous one I had was washed in the dishwasher and did not last as long. This one has been used for 6 months and works like new.

This baking sheet is light weight and very easy to use. Cookies, in particular, come out of the oven evenly baked. The sheet is easy to clean. The do not recommend putting these in a dishwasher. I would recommend this highly.

I use this pan to bake My French Macarons. It baked evenly and is easy to clean up. Would definitely recommend and buy again.

I baked a batch of chocolate chip cookies today using this sheet and a cookie sheet of another brand I've owned for awhile. The mfg. lists the Doughmakers cookie sheet as "heavy gauge aluminum" but it is far lighter than those that I already own. That being said, it did not warp in a 350 degree oven, nor did it warp when removed from the oven. It's best feature in my opinion is the handle which runs the width of the sheet. This makes it so much easier to grasp. I did not use parchment paper on this pan so that I could test the textured surface. The cookies did not stick nor leave any cookie residue on the sheet. Cleanup was easy, just soap, water and a dish cloth. In comparing cookies baked on this sheet and my old sheet, it did seem like the cookies did not spread as much due to the textured surface, thus leaving a thicker cookie which I prefer. I would like to purchase additional bakeware in the Doughmakers line. The one caveat is that the Amazon listing states that these are sold by USA Suppliers. My assumption was that they were "made" in the USA. Wrong, only "supplied" by a USA Supplier. These are made in China. I prefer to buy American made when I can and at the very least would like to know where my product is made prior to making my decision. If not for this, I would have given a five star rating.

My mother had a set of these for years and I loved baking cookies on it. They got lost in the shuffle after she passed. It took me forever to figure out the name but this is it. Works just like I remember. I wouldn't say it's scratch resistant but I just wash it with a sponge. Tougher spots do require a scrubber and will leave faint spots that aren't shiny. But I'm very happy with them

I've owned a baking sheet like this for over a decade, picked up at some random shop in the early 2000s, and had been searching off and on for more of them, usually finding the hollow, nonstick air-bake style and giving up. A few weeks ago, I stumbled upon these, identical to the one I have but with an actual brand-name badge on them!Like its unmarked forerunner in my collection, this sheet is less nonstick than an optimal balance between low stick, easy clean, and durability. Unless there's a ton of fat in your baked good, there will be a bit of stick, but the release will be very clean. Any residue will basically fall off with a spray of water or a sponge wipe. And, since there's no special coating or internal structure, there's basically nothing you can do to kill it short of bending it in half.

I love this cookie sheet almost as much as the cookies I make with it. This pan cooks very evenly. So not more over cooked bottoms.To the manufacturer way to go you reduced the sticky stuff that holds the paper on it for shipping.Much easier to get off. This is the third set of these we have ordered. Love them.

I put these babies theough the ultimate test last weekend and they passed with flying colors. After I baked six dozen chocolate chip cookies for my daughter's lemonade stand with these- as someone who bakes frequently- I'm tossing out all my other cookie sheets. My cookies came out perfect. They didn't stick at all and slid right off the sheet onto my cooling racks. I hand washed with a sponge, hand dried with a towel, and stored them flat to prevent warping later. I saw several complaints about the glue- I'm guessing the seller listened and changed it because I had no issues with the adhesive whatsoever, I just picked it off with my fingers and that was it.

Son un poco delgadas a comparación de otra que tengo de la marca Wilton, eso hace que la cocción sea diferente, pero es cuestión de que hagas una prueba en tu horno y veas cuánto tiempo es el indicado ya que cada horno es diferente. Son funcionales.

El diseño es excelente, solo que me la esperaba mas gruesa, cumple su función, hice galletas y me hornean bastante bien en esta charola.
