Not a magic pill.... but compliments my daily supplements
I didn’t really notice too much of a difference from my day to day functions as I was taking a bunch of different supplements. So I can’t make an objective review on just Alpha GPC alone. However, as a male who works two jobs and just wants to sleep when I get home prior to my cocktail of horny goat weed, L- Arginine and Alpha GPC I have felt more energy, vitality and sexual stimulation in only a few months combined with a diet and excercise routine.
