My father was a former NFL player and subsequently had a lot of damage and impacting his knees and hips. He was the one who told me about this product as I exercise everyday and use to run track all the way through college, so definitely a lot of wear and tear on my joints. I’m 46 now and I run 2 miles in the morning and 3 miles during my lunch hour and I don’t feel a bit of pain. Between this product and the double X vitamins I can still run sprints every day. I also found out about 10 years ago that this used to be the vitamins if they would give the illusion athletes and their welcome packages.

So thankful a relative told me about this. I had hip pain for several months and would limp for a few minutes when I stood up, but now the pain is completely gone. My sis-in-law also takes it for pain in her knees, and we both talked about how we can tell a difference if we forget to take it.

I have been buying this product almost for a year now for my 52 yr old mom. She used to have really bad knee joint aches before taking this tablet. Since the time she has started using this, the pain has subsided considerably. My advice for anyone looking to buy this product would be use proper dosing. Take this tablet on a 3 month cycle. Take for 3 months and have a 3 month gap. Taking this tablet with Nutrilite Cal Mg D is a more beneficial.
