What I received is not what was shown in pictures. The riser I received does not have lid, is bulky and ugly and has legs and goes all the way to floor. It does not fit properly on any of my toilets and they are fairly new toilets. It's poor quality with pieces that keep falling off. Especially screw bit at front I sadly I would not recommend.

Great product. Very sturdy. Even get compliments from visitors how great it is.

Although easy to assemble the seat was not firm and was wobbly . Not used. Easier To would not accept return if unpacked.

Easy to fit, can be taken with you if you go away as it is not as bulky as a complete frame.

Had this product delivered on the12th of October for my elderly father, who is blind. Had issues with the seat becoming loose and issues cleaning! Today the 20th December the plastic screw fitting has broken ... very disappointed with this product especially for the price. Will be contacting the seller to hopefully resolve this.
