Have only been taking this for a couple of weeks but I have noticed a difference in my joints, hair and nails. Am most concerned with my joints and will continue to take this. Hoping for even more improvement. worth the $$.

I've taken Collagen tabs to mitigate loss of collagen in my facial skin. I prefer tables to powder Collagen having taken Theory tabs for months. I have not noticed any change; so after looking into the matter I read that Marine Collagen, which this is, helps reduce Collagen loss in one's skin, thus retards sagging and wrinkles. Gave this four stars, not five because I've just started to use this for about a month only.

I changed to this marine collagen after using several types and brands of other collagen sources (bovine, poultry, etc.) and have seen improvements in skin and a reduction in joint pain. Very pleased.
