This is one of my favorite books on crystals. I am glad they had some info on crystal skulls because they are going to be the comming thing in crystal work. Any how this book has so much info that you are going to want to reread it. It is a welcomed addition to my library.

Opens up perception and mind!A little religious tho. I would recommend to anyone who is looking to expand their horizons or knowledge on crystals and or crystal skulls.

I wanted this book which gave me distinct and beautiful pictures in absolute stunning pictures of all the basic types of stones, crystals and minerals, including power stones. Each separate picture clearly states the name, description and properties. One of the best displays with excellent descriptions and layouts. Everyone should have this book as a great reference whenever you want to know: what is this stone? I needed this for my rock and minerals collection. As to spiritual and magical practices, I'll leave that up to individual discernment. I have practiced such over the years and know what works for me. Also, my children and others ask what is this, so this book is real handy to show and tell. Go and get this hot publication from Amazon at a great price.

Since I love crystals and skulls, I really enjoyed reading this book. It is chock full of information and I would recommend anyone with similar interests to read it. Judy

Not what I expected but I have not read it completely. I found it to be a dry read. The book was in perfect condition.

A lot of awesome information that only inspires you to look further more and deepen your understanding of crystals!

A reasonable addition to any collection that needs an overall appraisal of this subject - some material that is commonplace, some material that seeks to empower would-be scryers - e.g. use of the lesser ritual of the pentagram as a preliminary before sitting -- not an original suggestion of course, but may be useful to some -- but certainly not in the least necessary as the history of scrying shows -- but if you are nervous about what you might 'see' then why not do it... Very questionable is this man's idea of what Enochian is supposed to sound like... The inadequate guide to pronounciation given herein suggests the possibility that he has never listened closely to Aleister Crowley's excellent rendition from wax cylinder recordings. I suppose it is because he is American, I don't know, there are some who say it doesn't matter how it is pronounced and there may possibly be some truth in that -- but it should at least sound like a language in order to 'flow' and you won't get that result from the guidance given here. His dismissal of 'healing' via crystals seems to be based on an apparent 'scientific' standpoint -- by which he seems to lay great store, in my view with little justification, why are scientists always so very 'right' ??? (it could be asked) - but of course he completely misses the point - crystals do, when configured in certain shapes, eg pyramids, contribute to overall well-being and relaxation, but when reinforced by channelled spiritual power, there is a degree of healing, but... it isn't the crystal that does this .... it just amplifies the energy. There are no statistics to prove this of course, and this seems to be the pivotal point of his objection. I take his views with a grain of salt, scientists are often wrong and will continue to be so. The chapter on scrying has some useful tips, although his suggestion of 5-10mins sitting is perhaps too short -- 15-30 is probably more satisfactory. There are excellent photographs of skulls and on the whole the book is worth having.
