Requirement of a Ring Stand to hold utensils firmly.
Merits of the product -1.Good in terms of heat and cooking.2.Heat adjustable by Knob.3.Thickness of the steel frame is satisfactory/firm.Demerits of product -1.Seller should provide a Ring Stand, so that Utensils should hold firmly on the ring stand. When the Utensil has been kept over the Heater/Coil, it has been observed that the one or two coil has shrunk lower little bit.2.Steel Frame has become slightly yellowish. I doubt that heat resistant Steel has been used which do not turn light yellowish.I think seller should consider my request and provide me a ring stand immediately. He may also see why one of the coil has shrunk little down. All the coils should be uniform so that utensil stand firmly on it.

product & seller is bad
initially got a stove with a defective regulator (wouldn't switch on any coil at no. 2, but worked for no. 1 & 3)& so asked for a replacement (which turned out to be worse), the replacement had the regular knob itself missing & also one of the base stand was broken

2nd time faulty
Not good, leakage current in body. Without tested sending this product.

The knob was missing we still tried to use it. All the coils weren't buring at all. No user manual in the box.
