Micro HDMI F to Mini HDMI M adapter works great.
I use this adapter on a cable that was for my old cell phone micro HDMI to now connect my tablet to TV. Works great. Sure beats buying another cable.

Photos misleading as to quantity...
Star rating is not based on the product, it appears to be a good product. The rating is based on the description. The lead photo shows 2 adapters and nowhere in the description is there any mention of actual quantity in the package. Turns out there is only 1 item per package, I was a bit disappointed, as I was expecting 2 items.

It is not what it says it is!
This item said it is micro HDMI to HDMI. The HDMI part does not fit into an HDMI port. I am including a picture of an HDMI cable on the left, and the end of the adapter I bought on the right. You judge if they are the same port.

Very useful to connect an RPi Zero's mini HDMI port to use video cables for RPi 4 (micro HDMI)
I mostly use Raspberry Pi 4B, which use micro HDMI video connectors. The RPi Zero (2) uses mini HDMI connector. Purchased this to adapt the cables I had to fit the RPi Zero. Works perfect.
