Sleeping Dachshund Black and Tan 11 Inch Resin Stone Outdoor Statue

I love being surrounded by items that make me smile. And this little guy doesn’t disappoint!

Quite realistic and just the right size. I purchased this to lie in front of my little dachshund’s grave. I added a little acrylic paint to it to make it more like my Riley. I’ve added a picture of the painted pup along side my doggie’s picture. This statue is a great starting point if you want to paint on it.

Amazon came through on promised time, but it was a gift to a friend who had lost her dog of 16 years. It was not a Dachshund puppy but like a spaniel in the head. It also was broken on the bottom, not where it will show, but packaged not good enough for fragile. I gave it to her anyway, with apologies, and we cried. It would have been more trouble than worth (although it was expensive) to return it.

I got my first one broke. Another is on the way but I will love it when it gets here! Looks just like my dog!

Very lifelike and durable

Disappointing. I bought this to group with my dachshund puppy figurine, which was so beautifully made by the Ebros Co. This piece is from a "knock-off" or "buy-out" manufacturer. It's plastic and it's hollow inside. The paint is very shiny and thin, and the figure came out of the box with a chip in it. Always that slow decline in quality.
