when i wake up in the morning my ankles/feet are so tight and painful when i walk (only for about 10 minutes) - will this help that?

I had that issue also. Had. I have been using this for over a year and I am totally happy. Like I said… Had. What works for me is I apply generously to my feet and ankles just before I go to sleep. It not only helps me while I sleep, but in the mornings my feet are not as tense or touchy. Now, remember , this is what works for ME., and maybe you as well.

does it have a strong odor?

I has a strong menthol odor which will require you to thuroughly wash your hands upon completing application. I only use it on my feet which I find to be far enough away to keep the smell from bothering me. Also my skin absorbes it within a few minutes. Personally, I have found Blue-Emu foot therapy to be just as or maybe even little more effective and without any odor at all for a fraction of the price. ( Approx $8 to $9)

Has anyone noticed better circulation or less numbness???? I have no pain

I have not noticed that. I use it for pain relief and find it works better than any other cream I have tried. I would buy it again.

This cream actually works. I’ve tried a laundry list of crap that claims to soothe nerve pain and barely tickles. This stuff? Instant cooling from the menthol, real-deal comfort from the Arnica and Aloe combo, and it’s thick without being greasy. I use it on my feet, legs, and hands—especially when that tingly burning kicks in. It doesn’t cure neuropathy (let’s be real), but it gives relief when you desperately need it. Bonus points for the massive 8 oz size.BOTTOM LINE:It’s not magic. But if your nerves feel like they’re screaming, this’ll shut them up faster than most. Buy it. Use it. Hoped it might work.

I know most these things do very little if nothing at all but thought I would give it a shot based on the reviews. I'm writing this review because you can't trust reviews anymore. The reviews regarding this product has to/or must reflect those that either have extremely low if any numbness and tingling in their hands and feet and use the product for a topical B vitamin, or are employees, family, and/or friends of the manufacturer. The later has proven to be the case in most situations like this. In any event, I used the product liberally on my hands every 4 hours with zero results with the exception that the menthol actually made my hands more sensitive which amplified the tingling. NOT the result one with neuropathy is looking for. For those that do suffer as I do, keep looking, work with your Dr. and I hope you and I can find some type of relief. At the moment, the only thing that works with me is the opioids for my back. But this is obviously not a daily nor long time solution. Good luck..
