"Red" is mechanically defective (Watch out - Black and Red are completely different products).
Update on May 11th.Now the seller is implying they would not refund till I cancel this one-star review.------------------------------I purchased “Red” (note that Black and Red are completely different products). This Red is mechanically defective, and below are some of the noticeable issues.1. Unfold mechanism is very stiff. It takes almost all of your strength to unfold and fix the bar until you hear “click” sound which is instructed on owner’s manual.2. IMPOSSIBLE to fold! After 1. above, you can never fold it back to the original position because the lock mechanism gets “stuck”. It is supposed to be folded by pressing down a short bar next to the joint. However, even if you press this bar with all of your weight and strength, this does not budge. Seller later told me that it would help if I loosen one of screws - This did not help at all.3. >high speed brushless motors “easily” assists “you” to cruising max speed of 30km/h,up to 220 lbs(100kg)This is a lie. The scooter gives me only 26 km/h at max (was 28 km/h, but it dropped down to 26 km/h next day) with battery fully charged and with less than 160 lbs of my weight. I talked this to the seller, and below is their reply.>30 km/h is in the condition that no one is on this scooter.What do you think about this?4. Product description says “Changeable speed, 3 levels of speed” - yes, there are "low", "mid", and "high" settings. However, both of "mid" and "high" give me about 26 km/h speed. so literally, this scooter has only 2 levels of speed settings.5. Motor emits kind of oily and burning smell.6. Ride Bar is not completely stable, so it may wobble a little as you drive.
