My old battery would not charge above 30% and this battery is now charged at 100%. I have had the old battery for at least 4 years so I am not too disappointed. I hope to see the same life out of this one. I would definitely purchase another because the price could not be beat.

A well made product, fits correctly, works right out of the box and is fairly priced.

Haven't had long, so far so good.

Works perfectly for my Dell laptop.

This product did not work in my Dell Inspirion. I researched to make sure I ordered the correct one, but this is not it.

Bought this battery last less than six months will not buy again.

1) Package looks like genuine. Imported from china was mentioned on box. There was no "Dell" box.2) Takes 2.5 hours to charge to 98%.3) Usage around 3-3.5 hours only.4) Buy only if your battery is damaged.I have doubt over its authenticity so please go to a "authorized" dell shop to buy battery even if its Rs500 more.

Initially I was skeptical about the quality.. but after using it for few days I can say that it's a quality product though I cannot comment whether it is genuine Dell product or not but it gives 4-5 hours backup..

We received Dead Battery.Battery is not charging.In Bios its showing Idle state, zero Voltage.And on diagnostic showing considering replacing battery.Please buy Dell batteries directly from Dell Store instead from online portal

Never buy this product again..I feel electronic items need to have min 3-6 months warranty... Just used it for 2 weeks..now the battery drains in just 10 mins..such a bad product

Was excellent for first weeks, later started to suddenly shutdown....I doubte if it's original/genuine Dell battery...
