I’m really disappointed with this chandelier. It has 3 different light colors, but there’s no way to select one by default, so when you turn the light off and then on it cycles to the next color. Basically every time the light is turned on it will be a different color.My other issue with it is the general build of the product, the “crystals” are made of cloudy plastic, not glass, and you can see burn marks on it from where the metal was cut. Also, the adhesive on the shade is coming off and I’ve only had this for 2 days now (yes, they use glue to keep this together). There’s no dimmer on this, what they consider a dimmer is just changing the color temperature of the light.The reason I gave it 2 stars instead of 1 is because it does look great from a distance, the fan is incredibly powerful on high, and it came with 3 different downrods (I needed a 12” and it was included). By the way, this does use standard downrods so there’s no need to order from China.

No Manual. Video for install has no sound and in fast motion.Why don't you make it easy for everyone and write out a step by step installation guide and a video with narration on a step by step process?My one star rating is only for not providing accurate printed information when it comes to any electrical installation.

I am so impressed with this combination chandelier and ceiling fan. What a fabulous idea combining retractable ceiling fan blades with a fancy chandelier. The amount of breeze generated by the fan is superior to regular fans. I posted pictures on facebook and my facebook friends did not know these existed either. My daughter is purchasing three of them for her current home renovations. I will purchase others for other rooms in my house. You need to advertise more. Even my renovation contractor was blown away by this light fixture.

I purchased two of these chandelier retractable fans. They are soooo beautiful!!! I needed them in my kitchen. I had them professionally installed by an electrician. They sparkle like a million diamonds. They come with a remote but the lights could be controlled by a wall switch. The lights go from very bright to candlelight to mixed light. The fan needs the remote to operate. When the fan was tested on all three settings it was very quiet. This is truly a high quality light fixture. The picture does not do it justice. Truly magnificent!!!

After 1.5 years of being installed, all LEDs are burnt out. So now I need to find an entire new fixture and replace. Definitely makes me reconsider LED fixtures because installing this thing was a pain in the a$*

It’s beautiful, solid in the sense that as delicate as the crystals of the lamp are, the light doesn't shake even when the fan is on high. When the fan is turned off, fan blades simply disappear. It’s a work, of working art. Great customer service. The remote was defective, they had a new working one, out to me in three days. We will have more of their fans in the house.

When I purchased the fan I thought I was getting a 42” chandelier. I was disappointed when I received the shipment because it was a lot smaller than I expected. I contacted the seller and the size including the expansion of the blades is 42”. So be aware and hopefully you won’t be disappointed like me. It’s pretty, but does not look as “WOW” as I had hoped. It is fairly difficult to install as well. It has an extremely intensive light output. It is in our bedroom and is a little much, but I could see how that could be really great in another room. Functionality seems to be good.My only complaint is the size and seller pointed out it was clear in description.

I will give 5 stars for the look, performance and elegance but have to go through many challenges to mount , it doesn’t fit the hook provided by the builder, got to buy new set of canopy kit from Home Depot to replace still the cup is not fitting to ceiling again one more drawback, took more than 8hours to fix with my friend support, poor design that need to Improved to support mountings different sizes, just started today using this, so far good experience, fan is silent.
