BrockReplacement Passenger Rear Power Window Regulator with Lift Motor Assembly Compatible with 2003-2009 H2 & H2 SUT 15771354

Purchased in July of 2020, part failed on Jan 2021. I reached out to customer service and received a prompt response and a replacement part within 2 days. I was very happy that even thoughthe part may have been defective, the seller delivered a service beyond my expectations and I was able to get this resolved so quickly. Its priced well, and customer service was excellent.

Broke after a month

I purchased this product back on Dec 2019. I have left a message for the company to call me about their warranty. This product in only 7 months old. You would think that it would last longer. went outside this morning and noticed my window was down. took the door apart and noticed that this product was defected. It has a lot of plastic parts that were broke off and would not stay on track. I hope the company stands behind there products and sends me a new one.Lets hope.Follow up - Great News. the company called me back and is replacing the product, no problem. What a great company to stand behind their product. I'll be ordering from this company again.Thank you.

I bought this 3 years ago. It was to replace the passenger side rear regulator on my 2008 H2 Hummer. It was easy to put in, but today (6/26/2022) the window completely fell down into the door, because the regulator failed. Cheap plastic gave out on the cable. I am an engineer by trade, and am not impressed with the quality. Up to this point, I was very satisfied with this regualtor unit. Now, no.

It's a great product for only half the price of the A/C Delco. It installs the same and works the same as the factory regulator.
