Renjie Waist Trimmer Trainer Cinchers Exercise Fitness Belt for Men and Women

I actually bought this as a breast binder to wear over my sports bras to give added support. I am very busty and in my 50's, so the girls are not a "pert" as they once were. I have yet to find a sports bra that truly holds everything against my chest while I jog. I've been desperate enough to use ACE wraps, so I thought why not try one of these! So I ordered the size relative to my measurement of my chest with the sports bra in place. I love the extra Velcro wraps as I can cross them for more support. Don't expect to look "smooth" under a shirt, but I'm more concerned about secure girls than fashion. No more shoulder pain and neck pain from bouncing while running or doing vigorous exercise! (I have tried the trainer at my waist too--just as good but a little big. Gives excellent low back support and lower abdominal "reminder" to fix my posture and hold in my stomach.)

This is my second purchase of this item. I bought one for my daughter after the birth of her child. She was so pleased with the support, I purchased one for myself. It provides wonderful support to my low back, and helps me to be conscious of my posture. Fits nicely, not noticeable under clothing.

Definitely supportive but if your looking for something to help you sweat around your waist with more of a rubber backing this isn’t it. It is made out of a wide woven mesh that you can see through. Does have a secondary support that helps adjust for a tighter fit which is great. Different from what I’ve used before but i like this different design concept.

Not as described and surely did not fit up to a 50 waist. I am 39 1/2 in waist and would come 1/2 way around my waist.I need my refund issued on this item. Both were returned in same package in which it was mailed to me in. Both were mailed together.

I love this waist trimmer. It is exactly what I wanted. I use it while working out and it does the job.

I absolutely love this waist trainer...I have purchased a few others and this by far is the best one! I love the double strapping, keeps it in place and even the back support for weight lifting. I don't know if it was designed for that but it definitely gives you that extra support while doing squats and such.5stars!!!

Well at 1st looks can fool you this product is really comfortable and helps my back as well.I could not find any thing to help me in both areas. Oh gosh the pain I was in but now thanks to Renjie waist trainer. Its easier for for me to exercise and well again with out so much pain. Thanks Amazon.👍👍 Aloha Dawn 🌹🍀

Arrived Monday as promised. Tried it on and right away I felt the pain relieve from my back. I used it for hiking the next . This item helpedmy posture a lot. Can't wait try it out with my gym workout. I'll updated.
