What an oil, it's so easy to be absorbed and leave skin healthy. I use it to massage after long runs and cycling. Smell is not the best but it's so reliefing and scent is nice.

If you’re going to take the time to give yourself (or a loved one) a massage you might as well maximize its effect. Using herbal infused oil really elevates the whole massage experience by giving extra love to the skin and giving you an aromatherapy experience from the wonderful smell. Arnica is amazing for the skin to help heal bruises and increase circulation. This oil is high quality and you can tell it has a lot of Arnica infused into it. There are a lot of Arnica creams being sold at health food stores. Beware! The most popular of these creams is a homeopathic formulation (which means there is very little to no arnica in the cream because they dilute it repeatedly) and is in a petroleum jelly base - which is anything but healthy. Do yourself a favor and avoid that artificial stuff and try this Arnica infused oil instead.

I’m on my last 4 weeks of pregnancy when I decided to get this for my worsening leg cramps. Prior to this product, I’ve tried several products like OTC pain gels and creams found in the local grocery stores or pharmacy which will give instant relief but only for about a couple of hours then I would wake up in the middle of the night in pain when the effects wears off. I’ve read reviews about many other products in Amazon including the reviews for this product and I am skeptical about using arnica oils and such. I took a gamble and decided to go for this one. It was worth it! I massage my calfs and feet with this product at night prior going to bed for about 3 nights in a row now. I had not had any itchy/allergic reactions despite my skin being sensitive and dry but, most of all, I haven’t awakened at night due to leg cramps. The scent to me isn’t bad and doesn’t linger too long either which is another plus as I’ve also used other massage oils prior to this one. The scent will smell a bit strong at first but will disappear once you rub the oil in your hands and start massaging in your skin. Overall, it’s worth recommending to try out.
