Coleman Portable Stadium Seat Cushion

We bought these for a recent beach trip. They are lightweight and come with an adjustable shoulder strap that made them easy to carry in all conditions! We used them on sand, dirt and grass. They held up just fine to all surfaces. The padding is thick enough that we felt cushion versus whatever we were sitting on. They stored easily in our beach wagon since they roll up and have straps that are easy to put around them which hold them in place. My husband and I both loved that the side straps are adjustable. We both felt that it held good back support. We are both tall and lanky so its hard to find chairs that fit our frame but these do. I especially loved that with a quick wipe down or a good shake, they were free of the dirt and/or sand we sat on and I could throw them in the back of our SUV without having to be concerned that they would dirty it up. The material these are made of remind me of the old school canvas that rafts used to be made of when I was a kid. Great material and seems like it will hold up over time. I would buy these again! Bear in mind that the adjustable side buckles are plastic but we put them to intense use and they held up just fine.

I purchased two Coleman Portable Stadium Seats for my family, and overall, they’ve been a great addition for watching sports or attending outdoor events. The padded cushion is quite comfortable, and the backrest provides good support for longer periods of sitting. The lightweight design makes them easy to carry, and the adjustable straps are a nice feature for securing the cushion to bleachers. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is because the material feels a little less durable than I expected, especially after extended use. The fabric has started to show signs of wear, and the cushion could benefit from a bit more padding for extra comfort. That said, for the price, it’s a solid product, and they’ve definitely made sitting on bleachers more enjoyable. Overall, I’m happy with my purchase and would recommend them for anyone looking for a portable, comfortable seat for outdoor events.

I’ve had a Sierra chair like this for over 30 years. It traveled to many destinations with me. Alas, it is finally too tattered to be seen any more. To replace it, I ordered this Columbia chair. I was concerned at first because it’s more narrow than the old one. That concern evaporated after using it a few times. It’s very comfortable, well made and I love the bright blue color. I use it mostly for sitting and watching TV. It supports my back beautifully whether I’m reading, watching TV, traveling, camping or even visiting others. The only thing I’m not crazy about is the shoulder strap. The strap is fine for carrying but not so much for sitting. I haven’t figured out how to tuck it away. That said, I haven’t cut it off because it’s great for carrying when your hands are full. In short, I love the chair. It’s worth much more than its price for the comfort it provides in hotels, in rentals and in my own home.

It’s OK, and easy to handle

The seat is easy to set up and provides back support and cushion on bleachers. My daughter suggested it after seeing me in such discomfort at my Granddaughter's volley ball game.The difference with an without this item is the difference between enjoying the event or continually repositioning yourself. I was amazed at the difference such a light weight item could make. It is easy to transport and store. It can actually be rolled into itself for comfort. Great idea for any event that requires continuous sitting without back support.

It fits stadium or bleacher seating well without bumping into seat mate neighbor. It will also keep the seat-neighbor from encroaching into your seat space so that might be worth it for that lol. Most seats like this are too big. It’s also very lightweight and convenient to carry. It doesn’t fold up for carrying beyond just once (in half) so it’s wide when carrying. It provides enough seat padding, but it’s important to sit in it exactly right to have any back support. For the other qualities it has, it might be expecting too much to have good back support too, but this seat is only so-so for back support. It’s so-so, but not very sturdy. The back isn’t high enough and the design itself limits how much support it can provide because only the side straps and your weight (by sitting all the way back as far as you can go) holds up the back. So if you jump up to stand, you’ll have to re-adjust it somewhat when you sit back down. Probably not conducive if you plan to jump up to cheer very often. This wouldn’t be useful for the floor or for outside as It’s not supportive enough in the back for that because it requires your weight fully in the seat such as it would be in a stadium seating.

These are multi-functional, quality and a real value. Great seats for comfortable canoeing, camping and seating for events. We were planning on spending several days in canoes and a competing camp chair brand was recommended to us by many people. We priced buying the chairs and they were way out of our range. We priced renting the chairs and that was way out of our range as well. So after looking for a couple days we found these hidden gems and ordered them. Shipping was rapid, packaging more than adequate. The workmanship and materials appeared solid. So far so good. We abused these chairs on a very difficult adventure and they held up. Several hours of canoe paddling every day, a little time to set at camp in the evenings. Some folks in our party had the fancy recommended brand chairs and to be honest I was not impressed. Our decision to purchase these was affirmed time and time again. No material failures and no workmanship failures. They dry out superfast too. The chairs saved us money and survived to make events more comfortable. That’s about all I could ask for! A caveat or two: * We are all athletic, none over 180 pounds. I don’t know how these would hold up under larger & wider folk. * Out of the box, they would not directly strap to a canoe seat. If this is imperative for you, you might have to find a solution (purchase a bit of strap with a buckle, strap and a carabiner). It was no big deal for us, they actually stayed in place nicely without additional gear even during some HECTIC paddling. little on the fence because I use this as an ad to my camping chair so had to augment the way it sits but for its purpose I can see it being great and for my purpose it works very well
