Fast service
The service from ordering to it arriving was fast and it was easy to order.My only negative is that the ribbon quality is not what I had hoped.It's very thin ribbon and the gold writing has been patchy. I have only used the gold on white so far, but had to redo a print -wasting a metre and half - as it didn't print properly. Very patchy, some words not printed at all in some places. Disappointed really.

Nice clear gold imprint!
Nice gold print, clear and concise. The red and blue are fab! Would love if ribbon could be longer as can be quite pricey if using regularly.
