Its a great supplement, i had severe engorgement starting from the third day postpartum, it wrks wonder i am 6 weeks postpartum now and still taking this supplement thrice a day

After 6 weeks of exclusively pumping milk for my new born, I realised that even hospital grade pump was not able to empty my breasts fully. The result was recurring engorgement and painful clogged ducts. No amount of massage or heat treatment helped clear them completely. I read online about sunflower lecithin supplements helping with clogged ducts and decided to give it a try. After consuming single pill itself I felt a marked improvement in the milk flow. It’s been a week of using the pill and I have had little to no clogged ducts. The ones that come also get cleared quickly. Been taking these while breastfeeding, to prevent clogged ducts & mastitis. After getting mastitis once(with a 103° fever!), I wanted to take whatever I could to prevent that from ever happening again! 😩 It seems to have worked, when I felt another clogged duct coming on (latch, massage & heat!). I recommend these! Also the omega-3 vitamins from this same brand are great for if you're breastfeeding, for you & your baby's brain power! 🥰 Edited to add, they do absolutely work! There's a huge difference between taking these & not taking them, when I feel a clogged duct starting. During times when baby's refusing breast, I take these & they've continuously prevented mastitis. 10/10 ⭐!

Had heard sunflower lecithin tablets work well for clogged ducts so tried It. It worked out for me really well. Pls consult your doc before taking it and also for the dosage.

I really liked this the first time I ordered it, but the last TWO days I received these supplements all the pills were coated in oil, which prevented me from putting them in my daily pills case since I don't want that oil to get all over my case. I'm not sure if that's safe to consume.
