It's easy-to-use, easy to see (important for conditioning) & deer don't like it. 3D fencing (look it up) discouraged deer Nov-Jan but by Feb they were no longer deterred from browsing our azaleas, liriope, daffodils, etc.Using polywire powered by a decades old Bulldozer brand fence charger has changed their minds. My game cam & skid marks in the turf bear witness to deer running away from tempting foliage. I secured the polywire to plastic coated, aluminum garden stakes with zip ties. A ground rod is mandatory for efficiency.

I purchased this as part of plan to protect my garden from wildlife theft. This was super easy to install. I wrapped it around posts, put in plastic post clips and turned tight corners. I installed it in the middle of the summer and just a couple weeks ago rolled it back up. I expect to use it again next spring. I did rung a string trimmer in close proximity to the wire and it survived.

Very easy to install even though I had to have help for my needs. Rescued 2 horses and needed a quick fence and this did the job for the bottom line. I do keep a check for debris around it or growth.
