From the first one I took I noticed a difference, I had been taking all sorts of herbal stuff for anxiety the last couple years , st Johns wort, kalms, valerian, lavender spray but sadly after getting shingles my anxiety & bad nerve's went into a terrible overdrive bringing on several panic attacks a day.. nothing really touched it & my head felt like it was going to explode with stress, but noticed the lavender spray was helping a little & my boyfriend noticed kalms also came in a lavender capsule, I tried them & like the idea of them but they weren't strong enough to really help & were very expensive so I looked on Amazon & noticed these & as I buy a lot of products from health4all as i find all their products are effective , affordable prices & quick delivery & fantastic being able to post it through the Letter box with its new style of packaging... within the first day of taking them I felt them work, I managed to have a pleasant day out without anxiety ruining it .. I have taken another at night if I feel I need it as it states you can use up to 2 a day ...I truly hope this remedy lasts & if it does I will be eternally grateful as the last few years but worse in recent months have been horrendous with anxiety & panic attacks brought on my shingles & other reasons...I've also given them my mother who has anxiety & dementia & they have helped her too, we are taking them with health4all's sage as this helps memory & hot flushes & menopause symptoms... I'll genuinely recommend them ..

My second purchase is for my friend as I told her that the Lavender capsules are definitely giving me a better and longer sleep. It still sometimes takes me a while to settle but once asleep then I have a decent rest and sleep.

Great, works well. Like the calming effect as I taste it on my breath shortly after having them, also good to find vegan/vegetarian alternatives to gelatine casings.

These are lovely calming pills, I use lavender a lot as it is one of the best for anxiety and stress, I have plants, oils, candles so why not try it in tablet form I thought. It was a great choice because I think they’ve made a real difference. I do use them with meditation too, but they have helped.

I'm having trouble getting a deposit sleep, waking up a couple times per night. Have used Valerian Capsules before, which helped a little. So seeing these I thought I'd try them. And actually I do go into a deeper sleep with them. Slight taste of Lavender when swallowing them, but soon goes. I'm just about to order m second lot

I usually use lavender oil to relax which works great, however when i use this, it tends to keep me up at nights, even when i reduce the dosage. I didnt really feel the benefits of this powder.

Definitely feel calmer mind less racey anxiety probably dropped from an 8/10 to a four so really happy took the first tablet on a morning and felt relaxed maybe to much couldn’t be bothered doing any thing lol now take two on a night don’t feel they add to sleep quality but definitely calmer and happier the following day highly recommend
