I have used this for around 9 months and have not needed to wash it yet. I tend to take showers before bed, so it doesn't really need washing. However, I would say if you put it in a laundry bag and wash it on a silk-friendly cycle (hand wash is probably better) with a delicate fabric detergent, you should be okay. I would likely let it dry flat after ensuring there are no lumps caused by filling shifting during washing, though. If there were, I would smooth those out to redistribute the filling before drying. Or I might suggest simply spot cleaning as needed. I love my mask. I plan to get more - this does the trick for me in ways no other mask has done before (and after almost 20 years of using various sleep masks and pillows, I am so grateful to have finally found something that reliably and efficiently works. I plan to be very careful cleaning mine just because I love it so much, but if I wash it, I will almost certainly be using the method(s) I mention above. Hope that helps some.

Yeah, I’ve washed it in the gentle cycle with cool or warm water with no issues.

I have the royal blue one and I have not experienced any color transfer. I use it nightly without any issues.

It’s 28” long opened and it’s 4 1/4” at its widest (around the cheeks) and 2” at the narrowest point (Velcro area).
