The item was too small and very disappointed that it could not be returned, which has left me out of pocket.

These are great bracelets but beware of the sizing chart. I used it and decided on a medium size but when it arrived it I couldn't fasten it as it was too small. On trying to return the product to get a large one I was told that the product was non refundable even though the description said "Check image for sizes and measure your wrist to avoid the hassle of returning"

Very disappointed as the product was to small, £39 down the drain, I’d of been happier if they exchanged it for a bigger size but no grrrr

Looks good and their customer service is excellent, however I couldn’t say there’s a noticeable change in arthritic symptoms or general well being.

Now I had problems with this because I ordered my size and it came in very small, so I looked at the reviews and saw the seller wrote no returns or replacements .. for one that’s breaching so many legal rights as a business.. so I contacted the seller then amazon themselves, who sent a message to the seller.. who then helped me.. 🤷‍♀️Shame because it’s a lovely bracelet and worth the money, just needs to be labelled correctly for its size

I've used these previously but lost my old one so bought a new version. I measured my wrist and it advised me to order a medium. The medium is super tight and constricts the blood flow to my wrist. I can't wear it and i can't return it (Lose Lose for me).If your lucky and it fits the item is perfect.

I bought this as gift ,when arrived it was too big ,as I had bought this earlier ( for birthday) the return date was expired.The seller allowed me to exchange ,great service ,arrived very quickly ,I would definitely recommend this seller .

Misleading sizes on product pictures, actual sizes from product packaging for Zen Loop Duo are:Small: 6.3” (16cm)Medium: 7.1” (18cm)Large: 7.9” (20cm)I’ve used Trion:Z products before for tennis elbow and thought they have done a good job, I do find this band quite tight though (19cm wrist and using large band). No issues so far with the band falling off / magnet coming loose.
