I love the looks, the feel, and the craftsmanship of this case. I got it for my husband for fathers day. So I hope he will be as excited about it as I am ! I even bought cigars for it even though he has cases of cigars. It was a learning experience for sure buying cigars for the first time. LOL ... But I did it and hope I did a good job. Lately, I’ve been trying to write reviews for things that I spent a lot of time researching so that I can help the next person save some time. I have 2 other humidors, neither of which are very large. I have one that holds about 12-15 sticks that I keep infused cigars in because I like one every now and then, and my gf prefers those. I have another that holds about 50 cigars. One thing I wish I had on both of those is an external hygrometer. So... when I went on the search for a travel humidor for an upcoming trip, I thought it would be nice to find something with an external hygrometer. My reservation with that is that I’ll get something that I can’t replace or calibrate, and it isn’t calibrated correctly. Well, I took the risk on this. When it arrived, I was pleasantly surprised at the construction of this case. At first glance it looks well made, and after careful inspection it holds up. When I opened it, it looked and smelled fantastic. I love that fresh unseasoned Spanish cedar smell. Next step for me was to season it. I filled the humidifier it came with, which actually holds a ton of distilled water, and I threw a couple small 75% boveda bags in there. The built-in hygrometer has read 75% consistently, and the small digital hygrometer I put inside of it reads the same. It seems to hold humidity very well, and it appears pretty accurate. Overall, I’m glad I got this case over one of the cylindrical travel cases. I think I can squeeze more into this than one of the tube cases, plus when I get on a plane, it won’t look like a pipe bomb (now it just looks like a suitcase bomb! Lol) I haven’t used it for a trip yet, but based on what I’ve seen so far, I’m confident it will be just right for my needs. Looking forward to busting this thing out when I go to San Fran in a few weeks! For the price of this case, you won’t regret the buy. Hope this helps the next guy make a quick easy decision to go for it. I got the brown one, but I did like the way the black one looked.

Fits a good 8-12 cigars depending on gauge and a nice 60 boveda to make sure you’re good for weeks on end.

Really good travel humidor, it keeps the humidity level exactly as I set it. Really happy for the price!

This is a really cute humidor but it doesn’t keep the correct temperature. My cigars end up dry so now I Keep the cigars in my humidor that’s for the house and I’ll take a couple out and put them in this travel humidor if I want to travel.
