Directions 1. Clean the wound with mild soap and water. 2. Dry the area around the wound. 3. Remove the dressing from its individual wrap. 4. Place the dressing directly on the wound. 5. Secure the dressing with the adhesive or additional tape if necessary. 6. Change the dressing regularly or when it becomes wet or dirty.

Very pleased with these dressings.
This dressing has a nice large absorbent pad which was perfect for the size of my wound. They are also very comfortable with good flexibility.

i have a problem removing them after use they are very sticky indeed and uncomfortable to get off but saying that it is a sensitive area that i,m covering up
