Product didn't arrive, and seller couldn't have been more helpful. Offering to replace or refund. I felt awful asking for a replacement, given the difficulties businesses are facing. But I offered to return at my own cost, if the other turned up. New one arrived, and I'm glad I didn't just go and get a pet brush. This is sturdy, and has a curve to the paddle, with fine but strong "bristles" which glide through the wool rather than snag and drag. The handle is situated in the right place to get even pressure. I had my sheepskin rugs looking lovely again in minutes.

Hard work on a very large rug but it honestly revived it back to life. It’s only a couple of months old but with 2 toddlers and 3 dogs it’s put through it’s paces so quickly gets tangled and scruffy. This brush works!!! Just had a new carpet put down I’m hoping it will work just as well on that for heavy traffic areas.

My double sheepskin rug is around 3 years old,& this brush has made it look like new again.Only been in my bedroom so it’s stayed clean,but looked a bit tatty. My partner has a rug that he brought to our flat when we moved in together that was in his bedroom as a child. It is a shagpile rug that is 20 years old so to say it is a dirt trap is an understatement. I spend ages hoovering it and still can't get everything up so figured I would give this a go. It is a lot smaller than I thought it would be so was sceptical but it does an amazing job!!

My first review on Amazon! Pleased with my purchase did the job well.My one critic to make this a super duper product would be to add a release mechanism to get rid of the pile.

I'm pleased with this purchase. As previous people have stated, it is smaller than expected, however it does the job perfectly fine. It has renewed my 2 sheepskin rugs. Depending on how matted your rug is, you will need to regularly remove the old hairs from the brush before continuing as it builds up quickly, but that is what I would expect.
