Better off buying a rope or something
Directions on side of the box. However, I still had trouble with it. And the clip had a sharp metal piece sticking out that stabbed my finger several times while trying to fasten it. I ended up having to tie it using my own method and it was just sturdy enough to get from the parking lot to the train. I definitely wouldn’t recommend using this as a travel stroller. Your child will certainly fall out.

Helps for traveling
The idea of traveling with 2 carseats is horrible. We got these straps and it saved us so much hassle. Strapped it to our carry on luggage and never had a problem. (I recommend putting the tip strap through a handle, so it does slip to the side)

Great for strapping car seat to luggage bag only
Easy to use! Won’t put a baby in the car seat though. Just good for strapping a car seat on luggage bag.

Attaches easily
Easy to use. I actually ended up using it to bind 2 rolling bags together but it worked lol. Ready for my next trip.

Easy setup - Will not strap my baby in it!!
Practiced with the car seat and suitcase so I could be efficient when it was time to head to the airport. Wasn’t too difficult to strap around but I definitely won’t strap my baby in. It doesn’t appear to be secure enough.
