They are perfect for using as cushioning sore knees As they are softer than a conventional block also find them good for triangle headstand as they don’t slip and I find it more comfortable for my head ( head doesn’t take much weight in this pose )Good for supporting hands in some poses ie triangle as fingers are arthritic so comfort and non slip

Fits well and looks good in Yoga class, I shall be pleased when I can get all the postures that are pictured on the front
