I was interested in getting a MP3 player for my toddler who loves music, but I saw this and thought the combination of a teddy bear and MP3 player would be better since he loves anything soft. This, however is not soft in the least. It's an artificial fur that feels scratchy.I will update the review after using the bear, but on feel alone I would not have purchased this had I been able to touch it at a retail store.

I actually just used it as an mp3 player. I deleted all the items that were pre-recorded and but all of my granddaughters favorite songs on it. She loves it.

Great gift newborn loves

I bought this for my granddaughter for christmas and she hated it. It was heavy and very hard to understand she didn't want it and was very disappointed. We returned it.

My kids (6 & 8 years old) loved this smart teddy bear and it is their favorite toy this season! I love the record feature because it allows me to record messages or stories directly on the bear. It is really unique and you don't see it in every store, which is great! I love that it is a traditional toy that combines high tech too! It is really entertaining, but educational too! You can add your own favorite music and messages too, but it comes with 24 hours of preloaded music and stories, which is a great value! It is very simple to operate and great quality too. It made our latest 10 hour trip, so enjoyable since it kept the kids entertained the entire time! I love that it can be customized and personalized to my kids preferences. A really awesome toy that I suggest for holidays and birthdays!

We ordered this toy for a multiply handicapped adult. It should keep her entertained for hours, just as easily as it would a child. It appears to be well made but the test for durability comes with time. From what we can see, we would recommend this toy. Especially appealing is the ability to add your own messages, music and stories and to connnect via USB to the computer.
