Very Durable and Extremely High Quality!
Before purchasing this liner I spent quite a lot of time researching comparable options for a small-medium sized pond. The durability of this liner exceeds my expectations, the material is Rubber, the exact same constricted material as a standard automobile rubber tire. The liner I received was a solid one piece roll, extremely heavy might I add. The flexibility is moderate, given the thickness it’s not too difficult to work with. If you have curves and sharp edges it will a bit more challenging, I simply folded the liner around complex curves and it worked out fine. My biggest concern was sustainability over time, I definitely wanted something thick enough withstand the weight and wear and tear rocks and boulders can have. I’ve used a sharp utility knife to cut through this material and it was not an easy task. You’ll Definitely need heavy duty scissors. The only dislike or con I’d mention is the scent of the rubber. As you can imagine rubber has a strong natural odor, it can be overwhelming so wearing a mask is recommended.Overall, I’d purchase this liner again if needed. I’m very satisfied with the quality and value of this product.

Like wrapping your pond with a firestone tire
Do not buy a liner from the box box stores. You will be replacing it within a year or sooner. This is what you want. Super thick and durable. Coupled with a pond pad this seems almost indestructible. With that said, this is a excellent product for years of a trouble free pond. Installation was not as bad as I thought but as I said before this stuff is thick and if you have tight turns and sharp corners it can be a bit difficult to get a snug fit. Cutting this was also a bit of a challenge. Good sharp utility knife and extra sharp scissors worked well. The extra cost is well worth it. You won't be disappointed.

Nice heavy guage Looks to be very durable.
I purchased a 12x15 liner and it installed very easily in a round pond. It cuts very easily with sharp scissors but is still hard to puncture. Yes you will get a few creases but they are to be expected. My original liner was a coated woven unit which I ruined trying to pressure wash it.

a better choice
This was easy to install, very pliable while being very durable. It replaced what was supposed to be a durable liner and I couldn't be more please. It did round edges better than the thinner liners.

Extremely durable
This is what you must get if you need to build your pond.Very durable..Great purchase.Tip: BUY MUCH BIGGER THAN YOUR POND.If your pond is 10x10, purchase a liner that is 15x15 or bigger.

We love it!
It is EXTREMELY thick!!! I got it caught on a nail and jerked it before we even installed it in our fish pond. When I realized what it was caught on I knew I had ruined it. To my surprise it made a place in the plastic but definitely didn’t come close to tearing it. As most people have written it does have a powder film on it. That did make me nervous about just installing it. And it made it extremely hard to rinse because it is so big and you can’t wash it with chemicals. Not knowing exactly what it is on there you definitely want all of it washed off because you don’t want it in there with your fish. I already have my fish we are just changing everything so I definitely don’t have time to lose trying to figure things out. It isn’t the easiest to move but once in place it’s there! I haven’t had any problems with it. I have waited many months before writing this review because I wanted to make sure I gave a fair one for the company and the customer. I would buy from this company again and I would buy this product again!!!

Fish and frogs seem happy
My old pond liner had failed. Research suggested this type of pond liner material and thickness was the best. Was able to remove pond contents (water, fish, tadpoles, frogs, rocks, plants), replace pond liner and put contents back in the pond in one day. As expected not the easiest of materials to cut to size, but doesn't leak and hasn't killed any of my fish. Expensive and heavy, but worth.

This was perfect for the bog area of my koi pond. It’s thick but still easy to cut!
