PLEASE READ WHOLE REVIEW VARIOUS UPDATES OF PRODUCT AND SUPPORT.Returning product it does not turn on. And when it did for a minute it did not connect to the network. I am an IT admin and this product is not compatible with any of my two networks. The name from the camera was not recognized by the app. The app by the way keeps on crashing.!!! Very frustrating.Update 01/21/19I believe I may have gotten a defective unit. I returned it and thanks to great customer support I received aa replacement. This unit turns on and connects to network. Will be checking the app tomorrow. And will put up update then.02/20/19 sorry for the late update life you know. I received the replacement and after a little tech support I got it to work perfectly with wifi, phone app and solo on to sd card. Sorry to say the only thing that it need is a way for the camera to let you know when recording to sd card is going on.03/20/19Only was able to record twice because charger port broke and went into the camera comparment.. Basically a waste of time and money very cheaply made product.

I purchased this product and I was able to set it up and connect to my phone. Of course, the first time I actually have to use it in an investigation, it no longer works. It will power up but that is it. I even reset the camera (or tried to but it doesn't act the way the manual says it will) and I re-installed the app... nothing!Fortunately I was able to get video of the target subject using my cell phone. If you are a private investigator, don't consider this and spend a few more dollars on a better quality camera.

I received my keychain camera a few weeks ago and it has performed very well. Was easy to set up, just be sure that your phone is on the same wifi network you want the camera on.This little camera works great indoors,I move the camera to different locations in the house and either hang it to the wall, the filing cabinet, or just leave it on a base. Absolutely a great find at a very good price. Totally recommend it and you can buy it without hesitation.

I have noticed the battery seems to run low fast however I have not used it long enough to let it drain completely. The power on button should be harder to press as if its in your pocket it could turn on the power to the camera. I think this happened when I put it in a backpack I only tested it and put it away the next time I went to use it I had to charge it. The video is good excellent if your not moving and place it down. I would like to see more frames per second. Hookup to Wi-Fi on your smart phone is easy, See video for actual quality it is pixelated when your walking with it but soon as I stop you will see how clear it gets. The transition from low light to bright is very good. Overall not a bad covert camera. Keep the recharger with you at all times just in case.

this keyfob camera is very nicely hidden. you can pretty much leave it anywhere and record and no one will notice it because it looks exactly like a car key. The video quality is really good too, and it last for a little bit but if you want to spy, it very good. not great for security because of small battery, but great spy tools. fun to play with

First of all, the device has a very sturdy and feels solid when you hold in hand. All the lights are concealed behind the back door cover, you can enable/disable the lights from app also. Operation is very simple with vibration feedback. Motion detection and image capture works flawlessly. Image quality is very good for HD. It does not have night vision and also it cannot record sound. Adding the device to app is also simple and app has lots of feature for different record setting. I am happy with my purchase.

Seemed great out of the box, but couldn't sync up to my phone unless on my home wifi network. Worked when testing at unboxing, but at 1st field trial it wouldn't record & the control buttons all seem to be broken. Super disappointing. It's also a little bug & clunky, but I was ready to forgive that & embrace it if it would have worked, but it turned out to be a total waste of time & money.
