I bought this machine from Crampton and Moore and it is superb.I had to wait until they came into stock because they are so popular there can be, occasionally, a short waiting period - they sell them as soon as they come into their stores!It is very easy to use and with 15 programmes you have enough to do all that you need to do.The build quality is exceptional.With a 5 Years' parts and labour warranty there is little,if anything,to worry about.It washes perfectly and,once you have leveled it,is very stable and quiet,throughout all speeds.It comes with a comprehensive instruction book,a multi-use spanner that will remove the carriage bolts and adjust the feet,both the adjustment and tightening feet/nuts.The spanner is cranked so that reaching the front adjustable feet is easy:you do not have to prop the front of the machine up to adjust them.It ranges from 600,800,1000 and 1400 RPM, and 20,30,40,60 and 90 degrees' heat settings:and has a drum clean setting and a "My Wash" setting that allows you to set up a wash programme of your own.I bought the dual fill machine with a 7KG load and have used it about fourteen times in the last month,on various settings,and it has been brilliant.The fact that it is the only washing machine company to design and build them in the U.K. was important to me and they obviously want to build and sell a high quality product - and they certainly do!The cost is worth it.It is competitively priced with similar quality, other manufacturers.It is load weight sensitive which is a bonus-as you do not have to worry about it being overloaded.I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending these excellent machines.In fact,the plumber who connected the machine to the hot and cold water feed via the kitchen sink pipes(I wanted valves to be fitted to the pipework) said he is going to get one when his present machine fails,and my sister will too!VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. in the strongest possible ways!
