I chose this PhiNatural magnesium citrate 400mg capsules because the serving size is one capsule and, because it seems to be a good quality product and it works well for me. Usually the milligrams listed on the front is misleading because the actual ‘serving size’ is two or more to fulfill that amount on the label.
