Rainy Day Jumble®: A Downpour of Puzzle Fun (Jumbles®)

This is probably the best jumble book so far and I've purchased about 3 of them. I love to do them in the morning with my coffee. This book had a good mix of difficult and easier puzzles; but all were nicely challenging.

For those who love to do Jumble puzzles, such as myself, so many organized in one place, and in chapters by difficulty levels is a real godsend. The answers are at the end of the book, but you never have to look, if you don't want to. it's really soothing to be able to retreat to this part of our daily routine. It's well worth it to get two books and compete as well. The book is light enough to take on vacation or just tear out the pages you need. Fun pastime.

ANYONE WHO BUYS JUMBLE BOOKS ARE GETTING SCAMMED IF THEY BUY MORE THAN ONE EDITION.  EVERYONE OF THE 15 BOOKS I'VE PURCHASED HAVE 40 % "REPEAT" PUZZLES. IN FACT, MOST ISSUES THEY DON'T EVEN CHANGE THE FONT SIZE NOR TYPEFACE.IF YOU'RE AT A BOOKSTORE, THUMB THRU THE PAGES AND YOU'LL SEE WHAT I MEAN ABOUT "FONT SIZES".WHAT A RIP-OFF PEOPLE-- IF YOU'RE BUYING, DON'T BUY MORE THAN ONE OR YOU'LL GET REPETITIVE PUZZLES. EXAMPLE: "MASTERPIECE" SHOULD HAVE HAD AN EXPLANATION THAT ALL PUZZLES WERE REPEATS FROM OTHER EDITIONS. 50 OF THE 180 PUZZLES I'VE ALREADY WORKED ON---I'VE ALREADY HAD THEM IN PREVIOUS EDITIONS. YOU'D THINK THAT THEY WOULDN'T REPEAT PUZZLES THAT THEY SAY BEGAN IN 1954. YOU THINK THEY'LL REFUND MY MONEY ? IDIOTS--ARNOLD, LEE, KNUREK, HOYT

You got it ...Jumble! Fun, intelligent, educational, and highly doable after an initial challenge to your brain. I actually solve these without a pen, finding it more challenging and fulfilling that way. (Also, that way, I can go back and solve them again after I've forgotten them over the years.) I also know it has made me more intelligent -- probably the only downside! Thank you, Jumble -- you keep me humble!

I love these jumbles. The book is big and the puzzles are challenging. The company that puts them out is incredible. I noticed an error on one of the puzzles and sent them an email so they'd be aware of it, not expecting anything in return. The returned my email immediately and said it is their policy to send a free jumble book to anyone that finds and reports an error. They were insistent on sending me the free jumble book. Their customer service is fantastic and their jumbles are fun and challenging.

This is like all the other Jumble Books. If you like Jumble, you'll like this. Large print. Easy to use and find the answers. Good relaxing fun.If you are not good at "puns" you might have a harder time with these books. They are better for adults than young children because you need a basic knowledge of common phrases and twists of spelling. It's a great test to your sense of humor when you get the answer without working through the whole puzzle and it's exhilarating when it happens.

Keeps my mind active

This is a much bigger book than expected with different levels of Jumbles. It's easy to read. My 70 year mothers loved it and she likes coloring in the cartoons on the pages too!

Another excellent and fun to complete book of Jumbles. Printing is large and a puzzle to each page creates a easy to read format.
