Ribbon Scarf for Women Handbag Wrap Handle Satin Belt Sash Necktie Neck Scarf PSSD01 (Black)

My daughter had a summer hat that she loved. It traveled everywhere with her before being blown into the ocean off the side of a boat. I was able to find a similar hat and was searching for a black ribbon. This scarf fit around the hat and tied. It is not as stiff as the old one and looks more "floppy" yet at least she has a hat again that is quite close in looks to the first one.
