Sizes are a little tricky and the design is basically flawed.
Nordvek make potentially quite nice hats at a reasonable price - they are fully sheepskin, not merely trimmed with the stuff.But they are let down by flaws. They could be thicker, and they could be better designed, and the sizes need to be a bit better controlled: large is too small for me and XL I can fit a beanie under (which is a good thing, actually). They have cold seams. In other words, where the pieces are sewn together there is no wool. I've glued a sheepskin offcut into my pilot's hat (with Bostick leather glue). It has ventilated ear-flaps with vent-covers that can be raised or lowered by little elastic loops and buttons, but these are so tiny that you'd never be able to change them outdoors in the cold with gloves on your hands and if it's that cold, gloves off and your fingers probably wouldn't cope. You basically have to decide how you want them while you are still indoors. However, the other day I discovered that the vent covers are too small, and cold wind was blowing inside my ear! Yet another glue job!The Zavelio hats are better but a bit more expensive.But with the Nordvek and with the Zavelio the back of your neck is unprotected and you probably need a scarf too.

Beautiful very well constructed hat, that will keep you warm during cold months, very stylish and 100% genuine sheepskin leather.The hat has great sturdy clasp to keep it secure and will survive the coldest of Winters, Spring and Autumn.Lovely hat 5 stars out of 5 stars.also excellent seller,very pleased.

Beautifully soft and comfortable. Fit is fractionally large but not too much. Pricing is good for a sheepskin product.

i have a large head so opted for xl which means i hav a little extra room.it depends on your own preference for fit.snug or loosish rtc.gr8 hat though.really comfy.smells gd and looks gr8.
