Nice Mouth Feel!
Love the way these feel between my teeth. Good job cleaning out food, and they don't poke me in the gums like some other brands with actual wire in their little brushes do. Excellent value on top of that. So many for such a low price, and in a convenient pack, that I get TWO of in a package, so I can split them up and throw one in my backpack and one in my bathroom.

Work tremendously well, will probably buy forever.
These were recommended to me by my orthodontist when I got braces, and I’m so happy he did (I was 33). They were instrumental in keeping my braces and gums clean when floss wasn’t practical, and I have used them ever since (it’s been seven years). I keep some in my car, my briefcase, even my travel bags. These have definitely helped to keep my mouth clean and my gums healthy, and while nothing is a perfect substitute for floss, these come very close and are more convenient.

Good for cleaning out gum line spaces.
High quality plastic picks have one end with a sharp wedge shape and ridges and the other end has a thin brush capable of getting into very tight spaces between the teeth at the gum line. I have found that these picks are a good, Inexpensive substitute for hard to handle floss.

Excellent gum cleaner
Doctors brush picks? Or gum brush picks?? Which one?The soft picks are very good for cleaning between teeth near the gum. They are soft and well designed little brushes for efficient cleaning but require enough space between teeth to do their job. Small spaces just make them bend back on themselves.Doctors brush picks are harder and one end is designed to remove impacted food from between teeth. It is a real toothpick. The other end is a small hard flat plastic brush that can force its way between teeth but might irritate gums.I suggest spending six bucks and buy the small size of each. Then decide.Personally I suggest having both around. The gum soft picks work better on most of my teeth and clean both sides but the doctors picks remove impacted food better.Neither one forces food up under the gums as dental floss can.Buy both. It's cheap money and your gums are worth it.

So happy that I can get these from Amazon!
I can't get these at my local store anymore. These are great when you want a toothpick but not the splinters from the wooden ones, or you need something to "brush" stuff from between your teeth, especially when out and about. It in no way replaces a toothbrush, but my teeth are very crowded together and sometimes stuff gets stuck between them that even the toothpick end can't reach, and the brush end with the tiny bristles gets the job done. The brush end bends to reach those places you can't even see.

Effective Cheap Small pics
Local chemist stopped keeping these small pics , 2*60 to a pack and started stocking expensive 10/20 to a pack . My teeth are still reasonably tight so I need a small pick not to damage the gums . Usually get a couple of uses out of a pick so its not too enviro polluting and I'm not spending 20 dollars a week on tooth picks ; which I can abide .
