This is a very good MP3 player which includes FM/AM radio.I have used many high end Android phones etc but I needed something to play my MP3s from an SD card and this device does it really well.A few points that aren't too apparent from the description:- The display is a simple LED display which goes off after 30-40 seconds to save power (excellent !)- The volume is an analog rotary on the side which is Awesome ! Some of the other devices which have a digital volume button either share it with track fwd/back (horrible) or don't go low enough (vol 1 is too loud). This one is perfect.- The ON/OFF switch on top is also perfect. No holding buttons for few seconds etc. It either switches the device on, or the flashlight (not both at the same time).- Battery is removable, a Nokia BL-5C which is easily available.- Hold the play button for a few seconds in FM (or AM) and it will scan and save the stations into memory. Then you can just punch in the memory channel directly or hit the FWD button to channel surf.- Good normal pull out Antenna ! Ironically this is missing from a lot of devices similar to this- The speaker is a traditional pocket radio speaker. No bass radiator etc and the volume is pretty loud (although within expectation).- Battery came fully charged and I've used it for about 2 hours so far. I haven't charged it yet.1 minor Con (for me that's a great positive): The micro-SD card when inserted goes in pretty deep. I had to use a small box cutter carefully to pull it out again. This maybe unique to the piece I have but I'm glad its this way. I have 2 kids below 4 and that's 1 less thing that they can pull and yank.Its a very well built simple music player, build quality is also pretty solid and no creaks or flex in the device.Hope the review helps !

At first I was a bit scared when I seen the box this little radio comes in, but as soon as I took it out and used it my fears were immediately replaced by excitement. This little radio packs a huge punch and does so much. The sound quality is better than my $200 bluetooth speaker and the channels come in much more clear than even my car! The battery is very good, but my only complaint would be that I have no way of knowing when it's about to die. There's no flashing or warning, but it seems to be lasting for about 10 hours a day of continuous use. I work at home so I have it turned on all day in my office and just plug it in when I'm done for the night. I unplug the next day and it lasts all day long. This radio is great if you're looking for a simple AM/FM radio or as a great inexpensive speaker for your phone. I do not recommend this item due to two units failing within 45 days.I originally ordered this item from Easycare Technology for my daughter to use to play music via USB. I had researched things and the feature set and price here seemed great.The first item arrived with no battery or charging cable and so was unusable.I contacted the seller and they said they would refund me and I could just go buy another one. So that's what I did.The second one came and seemed fine. I tested the new battery and charger with the first item and that worked too. I felt good about how it hard turned out.Then the first unit began to have trouble - it would just spontaneous turn off even after charging all night.I contacted the seller again and they said to return the unit to Amazon. I was planning to do so but then it seemed to be working fine for a while and I decided to let it go thinking even if it died I had a backup unit.Then only a few days after the end date for returns with Amazon the first unit had stopped working entirely. Just won't come on. So we began using the second unit which worked for a few days and then that unit stopped being able to access USB and only plays radio.I verified the USB works in other devices fine but the second unit will no longer recognize ANY USB I use.So, two units died within 2 months of very moderate use. Junk and the seller is willing only to work with you for 30 days - after that you can plan to put these in a landfill because they are garbage and that is what yo do with garbage.
