These chocolate chips are organic, fair trade, and absolutely delicious! I love that we have this rich choice of chocolate available to us in the form of chocolate chips. We like to cut back on too many sweets, etc.; however, a handful of peanuts and a tablespoon or two of chocolate chips for a treat are perfect! We like to support brands that are supporting organic food, fair trade, and good treatment of the environment!

When I received my chips they had melted together and were light brown!!

Arrived like this (see pics) ! Couldn’t be more disappointed. Not only completely melted, but also has a weird alcohol flavor in it. Can’t use them for anything. What a waste!

They have the perfect amount of sweetener in them. I keep several packages on hand.
