Cute, but low quality (thin, no pile) of the boot fabric fabric, even though I knew it wasn’t leather/suede.

Very low quality product. The price shouldn’t even be $24.99, not even worth $5 in my opinion. I’ve read other reviews that talk about the chemical smell from them and didn’t think it would bother me but it really is overwhelming. Poor customer service when trying to return them as the shoes run multiple sizes too small. They only offer a 15% refund as well and told me to “try giving them to a family member or friend who would like them.” HA! The color of the tan shoes looks nothing like the picture either, much much darker. Save yourself the money and don’t buy these!

Even being very careful of measurements give enough by the seller these we're The least 3 sizes too small. Haven't heard back from them yet after almost a week for the return/exchange/refund.

I'm giving these boots four stars because they are really hard to get on. They are really cute, but you have to unroll the cuff in order to get your foot in. Think I would have preferred something with a zipper on the side so you don't have to fight with them to get them on. I walked around town for quite a bit with them on and no issues, they seem comfortable right out of the box. Decided they were too cute to send back, however I do have a younger niece that won't mind messing with them to get them on, so I will be passing them on to her.

Honestly thought they would be nice material but for the price I guess they're ok kind of stiff have to break them in a bit.......they sound like heels when you're walking so I hate that part but it's ok

So disappointed in these.Quality is poor and they’re very stiff so it’s hard to get your foot into them.I wanted these to work but they’re just so uncomfortable.Shipping was extremely slow.I’m sending them back if it doesn’t cost me a fortune to do that.

Not the best quality- you get what you pay for. I like them overall- the sole is pretty hard and it makes my feet tired walking. They look cuter than typical furry boots though with the small heel. I wouldn’t buy them again but I do enjoy them.
