I have no basis for comparison but I have found this product reliable and useful so far after 3 months of use. Occasionally the pressure of the band on my head can give me a slight headache after prolonged use, but can be prevented by adjusting the band’s positioning periodically.

I've had them just over long enough to be passed the Amazon return. And they had now shorted out. I really wish I hadn't bought these. The mute button did not even work

I ordered this headset for the office and it matches up nicely with my phone. Arrived quickly and well packed - which doesn't always happen. Plugged right in and works like a charm! Thanks for a great product at a most reasonable price.

volume level could be higher but thats the dialpad. Earpad are small and may hurt ears, but works good.

These headphones worked fine for 5 months. But after continuous daily use they started to crackle, then the user was not able to hear everything the other person was saying to them. After 6 months they stopped working completely. Would suggest this headset is ok for occasional use, but not daily for at least 4 hours per day.

This is an excellent product - so much so I have ordered this for all my staff. It comes with an adapter that will work with most phones. Sound quality is definitely good and overall it is comfortable.
