** My problems were addressed, very nice customer service **I like how it has a color display. I bought this one because it had the blood pressure feature, but it is way off. It looses its connection with my phone a lot. The charger sucks, you have to make sure the two prongs on the charger fit directly on the connectors on the back or it will not charge. The step counter is not accurate, the ap is crappy as well. I gave it two stars because it does alert me to calls and messages most of the time.

Time changes itself and have to reconnect to phone in order to get the correct time.

Could not read instructions. Instructions extremely vague.

Would only record steps.. unable to get it to record other options.. very disappointed

I really enjoy this tracker. It is fairly easy to use, and keeps me on the move all the time. It is reasonably priced and doesn't take a lot of "know-how" . One thing I don't get it the camera feature. Still trying to work that out.Generally a good product.

You definitely get what you pay for, in terms of quality of band. However, the digital screen is better than I expected it to be! Perfect for someone like me that just wants an overall idea of how active they've been daily. The app (VeryFitPro) is kind of confusing, and if you allow the app to run constantly (you don't have to press anything for it to sync) it will kill the battery of your tracker and cellphone quicker. All in all, if you just want to keep track of your steps day to day it's worth it. It could at least be good for someone like myself that had a Garmin that crapped out and just wanted something to use in between committing to another super expensive fitness tracker purchase.

I have been using it for two weeks now and it works great! Easy to set up. It's very light and you can hardly feel it on your wrist. It also has an automatic light up function when you raise your arm it will show the time and steps automatically. The price is much more affordable than other fitness trackers on the market. Love it!

I highly recommend this tracker. I had one that I lost because the band had a button that went through a hole and kept falling off. This one has a buckle and adjusts to any size wrist. The charge lasts several days, easily connects to the phone app via Bluetooth. No need to spend hundreds of $$ on brand name waterproof trackers.
