A-Premium Bonnet Front Hood Lift Supports Shock Struts Gas Spring Compatible with Chevrolet Models - Camaro 2010 2011 2012 2013 2014 2015

I bought these to replace the worn lift struts on my 2010 Camaro SS trunk lid. Super easy removal and installation of the new struts, took about 5 minutes total. My old struts were worn to the point that as soon as you tried closing the trunk, the weight of the lid would slam it shut. Now the trunk lid is kept open nice and strong and you need a decent amount of force to close the trunk, as designed. Opening the trunk is now nice and easy as well. I try to always use GM or Delco parts on my car, but these were such a good price that I wanted to give them a try. As long as they last then I would say they are definitely worth it.

EXCELLENT PRODUCT

I purchased these for replacement on my 2010 Camaro. The went fit perfectly, but...... One of the gas shocks were not working and did allow the truck to open as smoothly as the other side. I gave this item 3 stars for the benefit of dout. Once I send them back for a replacement my rating may change. But until them, I'm a little disappointed only one shock worked properly 😒. UPDATE: 12/15/24 These shocks suck. They get stuck of you lift them too fast or if you don't give them time to lift. I'm hoping it's just a second bad pair, but i don't it.
