This was the second time I've had a UTI, the first one put me in hospital many years ago because it led to sepsis.... scary stuff!When I felt the burning coming on again I was quick to recognise the symptoms and went and purchased the normal cystitis stuff from the chemist... which seemed to clear it up, so I thought. 🙄I seemed to be fine for a week then I noticed the burning sensation had come back along with the feeling of inflammation in my urethra and bladder, and the urge to go even when I had just been.... which is worrying and very unpleasent.😣So I googled home remedies for UTI relief and came across D-mannose and saw it was recommended by the NHS, and the reviews for this particular product were very good , so I purchased this along with some herbal tea.... both arrived next day and I was straight on it.. and within 12 hours I was noticing pretty amazing results...These tablets have been like little sweet white angels of relief! THEY REALLY REALLY DO WORK! 👏🏻 and taste good too... I just chewed them up, followed by a glass water as the are quite big to swallow whole. Aslo from experience I know that fasting when fighting off infection has massive benefits, because if you are eating, you are feeding the infection and your body then has to put its energy into digestion instead of healing.So I decided to lay off solids for two days and just increase my fluids in the form of filtered water, herbal teas and blitzed up watermelon, and as often as I wanted... (luckily it was the weekend) watermelon is amazing at neutralising and flushing out the entire system plus it has anti-inflammatory effects and contains enough natural sugars, vitamins and minerals to keep me feeling satisfied... and wow!Within 3 days I have fully recovered, lost weight and feeling great! 😁Also now taking serrapeptase in the morning on an empty stomach to clear out any unwanted dead cell tissue that may be floating about. All is good and D-mannose is amazing and I highly recommend this product!

Very effective product, no overpowering taste but the pills are quite big & can be hard to swallow. Taking them for the same time period as you would an antibiotic is probably the best way to get full effectiveness.

I had bought these because I couldn't get help from my GP because of covid and couldn't get an appointment to speak to them , I had a search and came across these and read reviews which were positive. I've suffered from thrush and having never had it before didn't know I had it and I should of spoken to the doctor's sooner as I believe I've got problems now I can't reverse. After taking these tablets I believe they have helped my issue get better but not 100% sure .. but I am glad I bought them and would recommend to anyone who needs some help to get them just keep in mind gotta chew before swallowing with water as they are big tablets

Just started these, pain killers dont work, doctors apt ....cant get one so im suffering, today has been awful only so much water one wants to drink in a day ! They are slightly hard to swollow. But needs must...cystitis makes u v grumpy so i want them to work for me v soon as antibiotics seem a long way away !!!! No one knows what this is like till u suffer it. Im now off wine completely and will never drink acidic things again its no good for you. Weeing when u have nothing left is so painful u want to strangle someone anything will do its grim. This has only started because i decided to take actimel every day, im wondering if its not actually suitable for everyone its the only change in my diet !? Update day two of taking these and im finally feeling a whole lot better, its taken probabky max 12 tabs to get here mornings are worse for some reason but im hoping these miracle tabs have helped me back on track. I will take one a day now to make sure. Ive ordered another batch. The sachets cranberry. ....help in water that u get ....taken loads as they give fairly instant relief when u need to go. Hope my review helps and ill carry on taking these tabs ... Ive also ordered some cranberry capsuels from same manufacturer here so see if they keep me straight too. Ive suffered this before and its usualky a build up of acid ie wine so ive given it up sure fire way of making u give it up ! Stress is another factor ive been stressed so its making me realise not to get so wound up about stuff.....heres hoping.

Can't say pain relief as it's not a pain reliever....but is assists with easing cystitus. Raspberry flavour I think...fruity for sure...seemed to help and didn't get the bloating I get using the sachets often offered for cystitus relief. Like most ppl who get a bout I tend to get another in short space of time ..but so far it's not returned! I purchased antibiotics privately for 3 day course which you can now do at a cost of £20 ...but they didn't work for me! These deffinatly helped but they may not help everyone and if it's not helping after few days you should see a pharmacist or try get an appointment with your GP... however we all know that's pretty difficult at this moment in time and doctors seem reluctant to want to see anyone so for me it's a good alternative :)

I dont leave reviews but I want to share how these little beauties helped me. I was in pain for a month but no infection so no treatment offered medically. I looked for natural products as I suffer side effects from most drugs. These have helped me so much and I cannot believe that they have! I was in agony but after a week things eased. I am now a few weeks down the line and I no longer have the constant burning pain when I go to the toilet. The frequency has stopped and I am comfortable again! Please give these a go as I wish that I had found them before other drugs.
