works great for bakhoor incense
works great for bakhoor incense. I tried burning copal resin which just melts through the screen but it will probably work fine if I place foil on the screen next time.

The lighter part of this contraption is of very poor quality and erratic
The lighter part of this contraption is of very poor quality and erratic. I have tried changing the butane gas in an attempt to make it work but with no success. The lighter sometimes spews gas in a stream and other times just does not light. The rest of the immovable parts are ok. Very starnge that they could not make something as simple as a gas lighter more relaible.

Buy butane with the unit and make sure to fill in with the canister pointing down.
I purchased this item in a shop and it works beautifully. Unfortunately, it comes without fuel which is extremely difficult to buy on the street. Luckily I found butane canisters here and can now enjoy the unit. The incense sold for this unit is very potent. A few seconds of burning is all you will require to fill an average home with fragrance. When the unit is filled with butane, it will feel ice cold in your hand.
