These break very easily
I have ordered several of these and the other ones i've ordered from elsewhere have a metal rod to hold the velcro piece on. Unfortunately these have cheaped out and switch the metal piece to plastic which breaks very easily. My company uses these for 7 hours a day 6 days a week and in less than one week of purchas i have had 9 out of 10 break.
