Great for early reading, story is fun also.

The story is very simple and easy to read for beginner readers. I bought this as a Christmas gift for a boy who loves dogs and snow. It was a simple reading book and the colorful pages draws the child into the story even more. He laughed at the story and really liked it very much. I would recommend this story for every child who is beginning to learn to read.

Books to keep at my house for my granddaughter when she visits.

I really enjoy this series. There are many valuable lessons in this series. I really enjoy the great art work and attention to detail in the book. The reading level is relatively easy and the story lines are interesting. I enjoy reading the stories to my niece and enjoy listening to my young niece read it to me.

All of these Charlie the Dog books are cute and kids will love them. Having Amazon Prime sure does help with my budget as I don't have to pay for shipping and can order lots of books for the grand kids! These particular books provide showing how helping others is the thing to do!

I would recommend this to anyone with children or even adults that are children at heart. Great story for all ages!!
