Do it! This is so great, I mixed this packet with a Folgers single instant coffee mix and a spoon full of butter. Tastes great!!!

Stuff really works
Really noticeable boost in energy through out the day and also noticeable difference in gut health. I went through a whole box before writing this review. Started with a half a packet and worked up to a whole packet. I just pour it into a bottle of water in the morning and slam it. Really control appetite too. Half the day will go by before I even start to think about food. High recommend this stuff! There aren’t many supplements I have taken where I can really tell a difference. This is one where I really can and will continue to purchase

Make sure to ramp up slowly. I've been dizzy for days.... :(
While I imagine this is the highest quality of MCT Oil, I am really disappointed in the lack of warning the company makes. It says to start with one TBSP which is exactly one of the packets. I did just that and was sick most of the first day - head spinning, headache, etc. Not knowing my crappy feeling was caused by the MCT Oil at the time, I took exactly the same starting dose again that they recommended. Well second day was pretty awful too. It finally hit me that the MCT Oil was the only food/medication/supplement I had changed in my day.So I went online to research and in my FB groups focused on Keto and sooooooo many others had the same problem. I honestly was shocked that there wasn't better information communicated from Bulletproof. I am now only taking a 1/4 tsp and worried to up the dose. Not sure if I am going to keep it as I can't take days off to deal with the side effects and not sure how to ramp up properly. Bummed because I was really hoping to see what the Bulletproof difference was. So I gave the product 4 stars so my "warning review" wouldn't hurt their scored too much, but honestly I thought about giving it 3 because they were remiss in not being more explicit about ramping up even slower than 1TBSP a day.
