The image that is displayed is deceiving, while quick look it appers that some kind of sillicon rubber pad is given at elbow, and when you compare with those kind of products, it appers to be very economic. Here, is the trick, that rubber pad you see, is fabric design, that is visible only if you had zoomed the image. Moreover, this product is non returnable, that means 450 wasted. My advice is for ortho product visit nearst store, where you can try them first and then buy.
