Very Good Bike - for both small and very large persons! EXCELLENT COMPANY!
So far, I am impressed with the overall quality of this bike. I am a person who exceeds the upper weight limit of this bike (350 pounds is the upper limit) and the bike handles me OK. the bike charges quickly, is extremely easy to unfold it and get it going right out of the box. I think it would be a good idea to have an actual native English speaker tweak the instruction booklet...not that it is bad. It could just be better, that is all. While I still wish to explore more features of this cute ebike, I am impressed.Also, of note, is the fact that this company responds to questions and concerns, often within a thirty-minute window! Customer service is so Important these days when so much business is global in nature. This company seems to understand how Important this part of doing business is in the 21st century. If you're interested, buy this bike. I do not think that you will have any regrets.The one area which is being addressed is that the carton in which the bike is boxed needs to be reinforced. My boxing was damaged, but not the bike. The company has indicated that they are addressing this concern. Like I said, the company is quick to respond!I highly recommend this bike and this company.

Great bike with readily available customer support.
I had this bike shipped to a bike shop to be installed and checked. I was not charged for it and I can bring my bike back a month later for a free checkup. It is a powerful bike. I was able to ride up a very steep incline without difficulties. The battery is impressive for the distance it can go. I give it 5 stars for bike quality and customer support. I highly recomend this bike.

Great bike.
It's a great bike. Love the red color. Easy to use. Staff at bike shop was impressed as was a couple of customers. Had a person ask to take a couple of pictures of the bike. Eve. Has a little bell on it. LCD screen is nice but Miles are in KM. Example 22k. I am enjoying the ride.

The display was upscale and very user friendly. Everything worked, wow, exceeds expectations. My only question is how to change the display from kph to mph?

Great bike
I purchased the red bike for my wife she loves it. We have a vacation home on a lake The shore line is hilly and is five miles long my wife and the bike handled the ride with no problem

Disappointing
I was super excited to receive this bike. I wanted this to replace my car for my commute, and it could've easily done that. Unfortunately, after using it for about 2 hours problems started to occur. The bike came completely assembled, but that doesn't mean that you can just go on and ride for hours and hours. You'll need to adjust the brakes, tighten the display on the handle bars, replace the seat (unless you like sitting on a torture device), unlock the shocks, etc. I first went on a 5 mile round trip ride and right at the end of it the unit just turned off when the throttle was applied. I thought that was odd, emailed the company and they said that that shouldn't be happening, oh really? I charged it up, took it for a few rides, the problem did not occur again immediately, but after a 10 mile ride at a later date, the problem came back even worse. Under the the slightest of throttle the bike would shut off. Under the lowest level of assist, the bike would shut off. In order to remedy this situation, you had to cycle through turning it off at the key and turning it back on. After a certain point it became ridiculous and trying to pedal a 50ish pound bike up a hill is not fun, especially since one of the main advantages to having this bike was to help with hills. Alas, I had to return it. It was very fun while it worked, but I will go with a more reputable bike company that offers actual customer service.Beware of this bike.

Motor went back after getting caught in rain once
Was great while it lasted...had people comment on how nice the bike was. 1 week later motor completely conked out on me. Emailed seller with no response...had to send bike back to amazon and purchase from another seller
